THE EIGP COMPANY

Since its founding in London in 2015, the EIGP Group has evolved from a real estate company into an international art and technology company. EIGP Art Invest AG, Zug, Switzerland, combines the acquisition and trading of art, cryptocurrencies – primarily the ECOREAL currency – NFTs, and artificial intelligence into an innovative business model with the aim of fundamentally revolutionizing the international art trade.

EIGP Art Invest AG acquires curated artworks, mainly from artists who are approached via social media such as Instagram – @worldarts_by_ecoreal. Transactions are settled either entirely in ECOREAL or in a combination of ECOREAL and traditional currencies.

Bonds

The EIGP Group has issued corporate bonds worth €7.5 million on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Further corporate bonds are planned via EIGP Art Invest AG. EIGP Art Invest AG uses the proceeds to acquire works by talented artists, thereby actively promoting them. The continuously growing portfolio offers investors a wide selection of works that are predicted to increase significantly in value. The EIGP strategy also includes opening art galleries for contemporary art worldwide.

Shares

EIGP Art Invest AG, Zug, has issued 12 million company shares with a nominal value of €1.00 per share. This gives EIGP Art Invest AG a fully paid-up share capital of €12 million.

By resolution, a further authorized "conditional capital" of an additional 6 million shares was registered for the further growth of the group of companies.

Investing in promising art is rewarding and attractive for investors. EIGP Art Invest AG purchases carefully curated works whose value is expected to increase. The broadly diversified, professionally developed portfolio therefore promises positive corporate development.

ECOREAL ART TOKEN

EIGP Group currently holds 293.5 million ECOREAL tokens, which corresponds to a balance sheet asset value of over €80 million based on the market value on December 1, 2025.

These tokens are primarily held for the acquisition of art, and of course EIGP benefits from increases in the value of ECOREAL

ECOREAL is currently traded on three cryptocurrency exchanges and is expected to be listed on other leading cryptocurrency exchanges by mid-2026, with a target daily trading volume of at least $5 million.

With its planned ECOREAL NFT marketplace, EIGP is focusing on AI-driven transformation in digital art and investment.
